The hotel's location is unbeatable, with a short 5-6 minute walk to various attractions and the town center. Guests were particularly impressed with the warm and cozy bar, where they spent the evening enjoying the company of both locals and visitors. the rooms were described as immaculately clean, with fresh sheets that felt like new.
The hotel staff did not communicate certain important details, such as leaving the key at reception when going out at night.

It was very convenient as we were participating in a cycling tour that began and finished along the road, on which the hotel is located. Staff were very co operative as we needed breakfast at a very early time of 6 45
Corridors and rooms were musty.. A more substantial breakfast.

I would not classify it as a hotel. It is very shabby and has a musty smell in the corridor and the bedroom. There was no hot water in the bath or the handbasin and water in shower was only lukewarm. As I was getting into the shower, I slipped and fell backwards onto the bathroom floor and suffered injuries to my left hand and shoulder. When I mentioned this at reception, the receptionist told me I should have put one of the towels provided into the bath prior to the shower!!! I will certainly never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I didn't like my stay there whatsoever. I would not recommend that kip to my worst enemy. I thought it was outrageous what I was charged. I wasnt even given a choice for breakfast, just handed a fry. I had no coffee/tea facilities in the room.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and location. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel had convenient parking and easy access to transportation options. It was located in a prime location, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing for us.

The best thing i can say about the hotel was the bar was very nice and there was great trad music on the 2 nights i was staying there. It was located 5 mins from killarney centre.
While the room itself was comfortable, it badly needs a refurbishment. The decor looked like something from the 70,s and the tele was just awful. The shower could not be adjusted and was awkward for a tall person. Using a key with a large door number on it was annoying.to carry around. Finally there was a mix up with the pricing for the 2 nights i stayed there and i will have to check the credit card to ensure i wasnt over priced.

The location of the hotel was ideal for a romantic escape, as it was in close proximity to local restaurants and bars. The hotel offered free WiFi and a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our stay more pleasant.
The room was outdated and smelled strongly of mildew, making it an unpleasant environment to spend time in. The bathroom was not clean, with noticeable mold and mildew in the shower.

the good thing about that place was location and staff was nice
the price for d room was too expensive, the room was smelly and with old furniture, there were nice b&b across d road for 1/2 price we paid... our room was on the ground floor, it was very loud from the kitchen and ppl could look through the window into our room... there was no shampoo in d bathroom and one bath towel and one one small piece of soop for the two of us...

the location - although not as central as promised, the bar and live music - very good, ok prices for drinks in the bar.
wet towels, meaty breakfast, extremely loud banging doors and rattling keys thoughout the whole night, no safe or coffee making facilities, too expensive for what it had on offer!

Have to say i/we liked nothing about this hotel, in my honest opinion this should not be classed as a hotel at all.
Lots to dislike about this so called hotel, namely the smell that hits you when you walk up the stairs to the rooms, also the bed seen better days and the whole place needs the painters in asap.
